Today's a great day. So much, in fact, that I am even updating a journal I left abandoned for almost an year! (that's kind of an exaggeration, but don't ruin the drama).
So, what have I been doing? Aside from nothing, I started studying some programing stuff. The target: starting a career as an actual game designer! I know! It's awesome! Learning programming sucks a bit, though. Maybe because I'm still fresh and keep banging my head on walls. But I am sure that these walls will break sooner or later. I just hope they do before I manage to get a brand new instance of brain damage, hehe.
Art-wise, I kind of did little to no thing. I just didn't quite felt in the mood. Not that I am sad or anything. It's just that I wasn't getting much of a creative spark. Yeah, it sucks. We all feel like this sometimes. BUT, enough gloomy BS. I started coding my first game already! It's going to be something very simple. A pick-your-adventure text adventure. You know the drill: They say you are somewhere and ask to go to page 3753957 if you want to lay down and die. Fun stuff. It's going to be based on a cursed forest you manage to get yourself into. There will be good endings, bad endings, and some really weird endings as well. Let's just see how it ends out.
